Supreme Court Adjourns Ruling on Imo Governorship Tussle

The supreme court on Tuesday adjourned till March 2 the hearing of review of its judgement on Imo governorship election tussle.
The case was called up at the apex court but the counsel to the Applicants ( the Peoples Democratic Party and its candidate, Emeka Ihedioha) applied for a short term adjournment on the ground that processes are still coming in.
Having sought permission from counsels to counsels to the first and second appellant (Hope Uzodinma and All Progressives Congress) as well as that of the third respondent (Independent National Electoral Commission), the seven-man justices led by the chief justice of Nigeria, Mohammed Tanko adjourned to March 2.
