Port-Harcourt to Hold Security Summit
Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike says his administration will hold a security submit early next year to launch State Security Trust Fund.
He said the fund will strengthen security and attract more investments to the state.
Wike stated this when the President of Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA), Iya Aliyu paid him a courtesy call at the Government House in Port Harcourt.
He said all major companies operating in the state must contribute to the state security fund.
Meanwhile, when quizzed on the issue of border closure, Wike said Nigerians are suffering over the government’s decision to close the border.
