For the programme, the invited guest is the Country Director, Pathfinder International in Nigeria, Dr. Farouk Jega. Dr. He is an Obstetrician/ Gynecologist, and a public health physician with more than 15 years’ progressive experience in program management and evaluation.
At Pathfinder International in Nigeria, Dr. Jega oversees a complex multimillion dollar portfolio of projects in Maternal and Newborn Health, Family Planning Advocacy and HIV/AIDS. Also, he has worked in 12 states such as the following: Benue, Cross River, Gombe, Kaduna, Kwara, Kebbi, Lagos, Nasarawa, Niger, Ogun, Oyo, Plateau and at National level.
During the radio program he responded to questions about Family Planning and Nigeria's Rising Population, also shared Pathfinder's projects interventions in Nigeria, especially in recent times. Towards the end of the program, he talked about the FP2020 Goal.
