Expect Surprises in My Forthcoming Album – DJ Neptune
Superstar Disc Jockey Neptune says there will be a “lot of surprises” on his forthcoming album ‘Greatness to the Sounds of Neptune’. Neptune made this remark on 99.3 Nigeria Info’s Lunch Time Magazine in a chat with host Collins Teke.
“It’s a mixture of the new school, the guys who have always been there and the legends and I’ve got something for my hip-hop fans,” Neptune said. “You’ve heard the first single with Davido ‘Demo’ and the second official single ‘Ojoro’ with Flash and D’banj.”
The veteran DJ also hinted at some international collaboration on the project.
“There’s someone from South Africa, a lady and there’s also someone from Ghana, a male artist,” DJ Neptune said.
Neptune who has been working as a professional disc jockey for the past 19 years in the industry insisted that he is “not stopping anytime soon.”
“I (will) stop when I decide to retire and I’m not retiring anytime soon, so deal with it,” Neptune reiterated.
“It feels like I started last week and I’m hungry because I don’t just want to be seen as a Nigerian African DJ. The plan is to be a worldwide DJ. The plan is to be able to leave my shores and go to Brazil and entertain the people because I believe music knows no boundaries.” He added.
