Officials of the Nigeria Customs Service Kano/Jigawa area command have been accused of shooting both legs of a postgraduate student of the University of East London, Jibrin Yahya Maikifi while on his way back to Kano from Gashua, Yobe State.
It was gathered that the officials fired at Maikifi’s car along Zakirai road in Kano and immediately zoomed off when they discovered that the bullet had injured him.
