BREAKING: IPMAN Suspends Strike in Port Harcourt

Residents of Port Harcourt in particular, and Rivers State in general, can now heave a sigh of relief.
This is because the strike embarked upon by the Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN), Rivers State chapter. Public Relations Officer of the association, Blessing Chibudom, confirmed this to correspondent Enoh Ogbevire.
There have been long queues in Port Harcourt and environs as a result of the order by Nigeria Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas Workers (NUPENG) directing its members to close for business.
Earlier, Vice President of NUPENG, Lucky Etuokwu, said the association directed all petrol stations in Port Harcourt to close for business because their seized tankers containing petrol products are yet to be released.
This caused hardship in the state.
