The Six Division of the Nigerian Army in Port Harcourt has vowed to end pipeline vandalism and illegal refining of crude oil in Rivers State.
The division's spokesman, Charles Ekeocha said this over the weekend when he led a team of journalists on a tour of some newly discovered illegal refining sites in the creek of Akuku-Toru Local Government Area of Kalabari Kingdom in Rivers State.
Major Ekeocha said the operation will be sustained to ensure oil theft is drastically reduced.
