Former Rivers NLC Chairperson, Beatrice Itubo reacts to a recent approval for the employment and promotion of civil servants in Rivers state. This is as state governor, Nyesom Wike accused her says the approval was delayed due to an unhealthy relationship between Itubo-led labour and the state government.
