"The new acquisitions and e-Service are targeted towards reducing traffic" - Sanwo-Olu
Seven new high-capacity boats have been added to the fleet of the Lagos State Ferry Service, Lagferry.
This brings the total number of commercial boats operated by Service to twenty.
Also, a Cowry Card was launched to encourage a cashless and seamless water transportation experience for Lagosians.
Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, who was represented at the launch by his Deputy, Obafemi Hamzat, said the new acquisitions and
e-Service are targeted towards reducing traffic and ultimately cutting down on lost productive man-hours.
