Wednesday, October 13, 2021, made it one year since Rivers residents joined the #EndSARS protests which rocked the country in 2020. On that very day last year, scores of young people took to the streets, lending their voices to the campaign against police brutality and other excesses of the Nigeria Police.
Comedian and one of the organisers of the protest in Rivers State, K.O Baba, believes the #EndSARS campaign was not a failure, citing the fulfilment of one of the major demands of protesters.
