Legal Practioner and good governance advocate, Chioma Choko, has agreed with comments of the Rivers State governor, Nyesom Wike, describing the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) as a 'cash cow' for politicians, but has a critical question to ask.
Barrister Choko who was a guest on Nigeria Info's Morning Crossfire believes the governor's comments are credible because he was once a federal government appointee.
He however questioned the timing of the comments, stating that government officials usually fail to make good use of the opportunities presented to them to make certain changes.
