It is not civilised for officials of Lagos State Physical Planning Permit Authority (LASPPPA) to chase after individuals to get permits before building.
That's the position of the General Manager, LASPPPA, Kehinde Osinaike.
Osinaike, while speaking on Nigeria Info's Hard Facts, revealed that the agency has put in place a monitoring arm to guide individuals and corporations in building development.
The LASPPPA boss also notified Lagosians of the reduction in building permit processing from eighteen working days to ten working days.
