Professor of Political Science, Eme Ekekwe, has argued that the United Kingdom’s travel restriction on Nigerians due to the Omicron coronavirus will affect the economy of both nations but will affect the UK more.
Professor Ekekwe shared his thoughts when he spoke as a guest on the Morning Crossfire with Enoh Ogbevire.
He described Nigeria as an “innate exporter of capital and surplus”, a situation he blames on the Nigerian ruling class, which he believes the travel ban will affect more.
