Rivers APC stakeholder, Tony Okocha, says he will not apologise after the Rivers State NBA demanded a public apology from him for comments made about justices of the state High Court.
Speaking on Nigeria Info's Morning Crossfire, he said, "I've done nothing to warrant apologies to anybody, not even the NBA chairman."
The Rivers State Commissioner for Information, Joe Johnson, who was also a guest on the programme, urged Mr Okocha to comply with or appeal the court ruling that nullifies his office as Caretaker Committee Chairman of the APC in Rivers State.
