The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency has failed to rule out the possible extradition of suspended DCP Abba Kyari to the United States.
Kyari was arrested on drug charges while he was already facing possible extradition to the United States for prosecution over his involvement in a $1m scam allegedly perpetrated by Raymon Abbass aka Hushpuppi.
The day after his arrest Femi Babafemi the spokesperson of the Anti Drug agency was on Morning Crossfire where he said the agency is looking to prosecute a drug case but relevant authorities will decide if there will be extradition or not.
“The appropriate authorities will make the appropriate decision. As far as that case is concerned , we cannot speak to that,” he added.
