'We should restructure the country before conducting any elections."

This is the view of a caller who spoke on Nigeria Info's Hard Facts.

The caller, commenting on the scarcity and high prices of fuel and diesel, says that without radical reform, "even if we get an angel in government, the current constitution will still be an issue in future."

Other callers who called into the show advocated for the continuation of fuel subsidy.

They argue that the failure of the government to put refineries in good shape has left the country with no choice but to continue subsidizing the petrol.

Here are some of their thoughts on the current fuel situation.
