Human rights lawyer, Dele Farotimi, has been granted bail in the sum of N30 million by a Magistrate Court in Ekiti State.
The court stipulated that Farotimi must provide three sureties, each with landed property within the court's jurisdiction, submit his international passport and also not grant any media interviews
The lawyer must submit his international passport. The case has been adjourned to February 13, 2025.
