The Federal High Court, Abuja has again denied the bail application by the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu.
The trial Judge, Justice Binta Nyako on Tuesday dismissed the application for being an abuse of the court process.
She held that Mazi Kanu has not provided sufficient reasons to warrant the court setting aside its order to have been detained.
The IPOB leader requested the court to grant him bail pending the determination of the treasonable felony charge brought against him by the Federal Government.
The court had on March 18 declined to release Kanu on bail.
