A presidential aspirant of the All Progressives Congress (APC) says he will not take any loan throughout his administration if elected.

Tein Jack-Rich stated this in Abuja during his formal declaration.

The oil magnate also promised to create 26,000 jobs for youths in every local government on his first day as president, amounting to more than 20 million jobs.

“The president of Nigeria is not the president of my village. He’s the president of the whole black race. He’s the president who will enable us realise our core values and potential so we can go for it; so, we can harness it, by working together.

“All this would be mere rhetoric if the opportunity to have access to the capital is not created.

“I am not going to take a single loan all through my presidency because I am a producer and not a consumer,” he said.

“I will create smart jobs and will develop the oil and gas industry and optimise the oil and gas in the country.

My presidency will strengthen our value system.

I will create 26,000 jobs in each LGA on my first day in office and the opportunity, if it materialises, will see about 20,124,000 created on my first day in office,” he continued.

Jack-Rich said Nigeria needs a president who can speak to Tesla CEO, Elon Musk and other influential persons to invest in Nigeria and they will obey.

He promised to build a knowledge-based economy, where the country will produce what it eats and eat what it produces.

The 47-year-old founder of Belemaoil Producing Limited also said he would bring an end to ASUU strikes.

“ASUU will no longer experience strikes. ASUU strikes will be a thing of the past.

“Our students who graduate will no longer graduate and look for jobs.

“Whilst in the education system, whilst in school they will identify their key potentials, they will in the area that would enable them come out of university and provide the needs that the community really wants in terms of consumption and make this great country proud,” he disclosed.

Jack-Rich has submitted his N100 million presidential form to the APC secretariat.
