Feta, Stretch, and Elsieisy ask on musings: Your friend worked with you and lived together in a shared flat with a rent of N1.3m. A year ago, they get a job in the US with pay like an expatriate, you retain the flat for yourself and both of you still stay in touch. Your friend recently calls to tell you that they are coming back for the holidays for two weeks and you get excited and go shopping for groceries for their arrival. You take a taxi to go pick them up at the airport and as you are about to get another ride back home, they tell you that they are not going back to the apartment with you but to a 5-star hotel that they had already booked for two weeks. They further tell you that you are welcome to come stay at the hotel with them for that period.
