Constitutional lawyer, Liborous Oshomah says the Lagos State Government’s report on Sylvester Oromoni (Jnr) was inconclusive and one-sided.
Oshomah told Jimi Disu on Daily Digest that the state government created a perception that investigations were concluded, when allegations of bullying were yet to be investigated.
Last week, the State Government cleared five accused Dowen College students of complicity in the death of Sylvester after an autopsy report showed “the cause of death as “Septicaemia, Lobar Pneumonia with Acute Pyelonephritis, Pyomyositis of the right ankle, and Acute Bacteria Pneumonia due to severe Sepsis.”
