Nigeria’s National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu, has pledged his support for better policing and enhanced security for Nigerians.
He promised this when he received the Acting Inspector General of Police, Olukayode Adeolu Egbetokun, in his office in Abuja.
The NSA also urged the IGP to prioritize improved synergy with other security agencies in order to achieve President Bola Tinubu’s security goals.
Ribadu lauded Egbetokun for the improved sanitization and repositioning of the police, while the Acting IGP congratulated the NSA on his appointment.
He also acknowledged the NSA’s pledge to ensure national security stability and growth through inter-agency diplomacy and an all-inclusive safety mechanism.
