The Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), has authorized Max Air to resume domestic flight operations from midnight, 17 March 2025.
According to the NCAA, the approval followed a comprehensive re-inspection of Max Air’s organization, procedures, personnel, and aircraft, in line with the Nigeria Civil Aviation Regulations 2023.
The audit results confirmed the airline’s capacity to sustain safe flight operations.
The NCAA assured passengers of its commitment to strict monitoring and safety regulations for all airlines in Nigeria.
Max Air suspended flight operations on 31 January 2025 for 90 days following some safety concerns.
