Four weeks of thrilling action, informative debates, banter, and all-around entertainment have seen 32 contestants trim down to 4 as the Femi & The Gang Battle Season 3 competition continues.
Recapping the quarter-final action, Prosper Ubani defeated Daniel Nwagbogwu in a keenly contested affair on Monday night.
“Raheem Sterling: An upgrade for Chelsea?” was the bone of contention and both candidates battled intensely. In the end, Prosper emerged victorious 70-30.
The second battle of the night saw Limah Malik take on Tochukwu Maduekwe.
The topic for debate was “Is the quality in the NPFL the reason for poor performance in continental competitions?“
Another interesting battle that brought out the energy in the usually reserved Tochukwu.
In the end, Limah defeated Tochukwu, 90-10
Tuesday served us another interesting night, as Itunu Kareem went up against Omonijo Success.
“Is Mane underrated?”
A battle of stats and figures saw Success emerge victorious by a landslide (100-0).
In the final quarter-final battle, Chinenye Udezeka defeated Emmanuel Adekunle.
“Ten Hag’s decision to allow Maguire continue as captain: Right or Wrong?” was the topic of discussion and 60-40 was the eventual scoreline.
The winners of these debates, Prosper, Limah, Success, and Nenye, advance to the Semi-Finals.
