Cross-dresser, “Bobrisky’’ (Idris Okuneye) on Friday pleaded guilty to a four-count charge of abuse of the naira and money laundering preferred against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) at a Lagos court.
He was originally arraigned on a six-count charge, but two of the charges were dropped after the EFCC’s counsel, Suleiman Suleiman, asked the court to strike out counts five and six bothering on Money laundering allegations.
Bobrisky was hence arraigned on only counts one to four.
When the counts were read, Bobrisky was asked if he understood the charge that was read to him, he replied, “yes, I am guilty”.
