At least ten persons are dead after an accident that occurred on the Lagos-Ibadan expressway on Tuesday.
The Public Education Officer, Federal Road Safety Corps in Ogun, Florence Okpe, confirmed the incident to journalists in Abeokuta.
She noted that the accident involved a truck and a bus and occurred at about 5 am. The bus driver’s speeding caused the accident, she added.
According to the FRSC official, 18 men were involved in the accident, ten died and seven sustained injuries, while one person was unhurt.
