Communications Manager, Stand To End Rape Initiative (STER), Bisayo Aderibigbe, says the rise in cases of workplace sexual harassment is majorly a result of underreporting.
Aderibigbe, while speaking on Hard Facts, revealed that a large number of victims of workplace sexual harassment do not report such cases due to fear and intimidation.
She added that companies, as well as organisations, need to do more in making available workplace sexual harassment reporting channels.
