Osinachi Nwachuku: No Reason is Good Enough To Hit Your Partner –Tekes

You are viewing content from Nigeria Info, Let's Talk! Lagos. Would you like to make this your preferred location?

What’s Up Lagos’ Andrea Teke has argued that hitting your partner shouldn’t be an option in a relationship.

She said this while responding to a caller’s statement that some women are deserving of the beatings they get from their spouses.

The caller said some women have bad habits, such as dirtiness, that may lead their husbands to hit them.

But Andrea disagreed and argued that beating a partner reflects poorly on whom one is, as a person.

Her co-host, Collins Tekes supporting Andrea, said abuse usually occurs when one partner takes advantage of their strength and uses it against the other.

Domestic abuse is once again on the lips of everyone after the death of gospel musician, Osinachi Nwachukwu.

Nwachukwu reportedly died at the hands of her abusive husband.

The husband, Peter Nwachukwu has now been arrested, and the issue is being investigated.
