The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has deployed several thousands of personnel and operational equipment for special patrol during the Eid-El-Kabir celebration.
Sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Olusegun Ogungbemide revealed this on Monday in an interview with NigeriaInfo correspondent, Ijeoma Esek.
Ogungbemide stated that the massive mobilization of personnel and operational equipment were needed to ensure safety on roads are maintained during Sallah celebrations.
The Sector Commander advised motorists to avoid traffic violations on roads as well as corporate with
personnel of FRSC to ensure a hitch-free Sallah celebration.
"If you know your vehicle is faulty please keep it away from the highway," he added.
