Financial expert, Zeal Akaraiwe says it is logical for aggrieved states to challenge the newly signed Value Added Tax(VAT) laws in Lagos and Rivers State.
Lagos and Rivers states, which contribute over 70 per cent of the VAT collectables in the country, enacted laws that will empower them to collect VAT in their states and not the FG.
But Akaraiwe speaking to Sheriff Quadry on Morning Crossfire called for a Supreme Court judgement as other states may be right to feel aggrieved.
