Reactions continue to trail the outing of the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu at Chatham House, United Kingdom on Monday.

Tinubu spoke about his plans for Nigeria and addressed questions on the controversy concerning his age and refusal to attend the political town halls.

However, during the engagement, the APC presidential candidate asked some persons on his team, including Femi Gbajabiamila, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and Nasir El-Rufai, the Governor of Kaduna State, to answer questions on his behalf, an action that continues to generate reactions among Nigerians.

Some callers on Hard Facts questioned the inability of the APC presidential candidate to respond to questions directed at him.

According to them, Tinubu "is the one vying for the position of president, and not his delegates."

"He is telling me that if a situation is going on in the country, he will direct these people to answer our questions while he goes to relax," a caller said.

Several callers noted that his response to questions as opposed to redirecting the same questions would have demonstrated his understanding of the issues plaguing the country and how he plans to solve them.
