Rivers State governor, Nyesom Wike has declared a member of the House of Representatives, Farah Dagogo wanted.
Mr. Dagogo, a PDP governorship aspirant in Rivers state is accused of hiring cultists to disrupt the screening of aspirants at the party’s secretariat in Port Harcourt.
A statement by the Special Assistant on Media to the Governor, Kelvin Ebiri directed the Rivers State Police Command to arrest Mr. Dagogo urgently and prosecute some of the arrested persons who carried out the attack.
The arrest order is coming hours before he was expected to join other governorship aspirants for screening to determine the governorship candidate of the PDP.
Farah Dagogo currently represents Bonny/Degema Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives.
He was a lawmaker in the Rivers State House of Assembly.
