President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is departing Abuja on Wednesday for Paris, France, on a private visit before heading to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, for the upcoming African Union (AU) Summit.
Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy revealed in a statement that in Addis Ababa, President Tinubu will participate in the 46th Ordinary Session of the Executive Council and the 38th Ordinary Session of the Assembly of AU Heads of State, scheduled to take place from February 12 to 16, 2025.
"The president will arrive in Addis Ababa early next week for the African Union summit."
"While in France, President Tinubu will meet with his French counterpart, President Emmanuel Macron," the statement concluded.
