A PDP governorship aspirant in Rivers State, Farah Dagogo is expected to appear in court on Monday, over a two-count charge of conspiracy and instigating cultism.
Honorable Dagogo who is a serving member of the House of Representatives was arrested on the orders of Governor Nyesom Wike who accused him of hiring cultists to disrupt the PDP’s screening of aspiring lawmakers in Port Harcourt.
He was subsequently remanded in police custody by Chief Magistrate A. O. Amadi-Nna. He has been in detention for 11 days.
It is unclear if he will take his plea and subsequent bail application before the magistrate court when he appears on Monday
