Aguata Stakeholders Endorse Governor Soludo for Re-election Amid Infrastructure Success

Residents of Aguata Local Government Area in Anambra State have endorsed Governor Chukwuma Soludo for a second term, lauding his significant infrastructure accomplishments over the past three years.

The Aguata Stakeholders, a community group, expressed their support after touring various projects across the state.

Key achievements include the Ekwulobia flyover, the first in Anambra South Senatorial District, alongside a new bus terminal, and erosion control works at Umuchiana. They praised the developments for transforming the region and enhancing connectivity.

Chief Joseph Ezeokafor, who led the stakeholders and is the managing director of JEZCO Oil Group, emphasized the completion of the long-awaited Anambra Government House as a landmark for the state. He also highlighted the potential of the new Fun City in Awka as a leading tourist destination.

The deputy chairman of Ekwulobia Local Government Council, Kingsley Ezeagu, affirmed the community’s support for Soludo’s re-election, citing satisfaction with his comprehensive sectoral improvements.

The commissioner for works, Ifeanyi Okoma, reassured that the administration remains committed to delivering quality services, with major projects nearing completion despite limited resources.
