Nigeria’s President, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is in a closed-door meeting with the National Security Adviser (NSA), Nuhu Ribadu; and the Service Chiefs at the State House in Abuja.
At the meeting is the Chief of Defence Staff, Maj. Gen. C.G Musa; the Chief of Army Staff, Maj. Gen T. A Lagbaja; the Chief of Naval Staff, Rear Admiral E. A Ogalla, the Chief of Air Staff, AVM H.B Abubakar and Inspector General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun.
Recall that the president had on June 19 appointed new Service Chiefs whom he directed to resume immediately.
The ongoing meeting marks the first time President Tinubu will be meeting the new Service Chiefs officially as President.
