Large crowd of supporters and praise singers on Monday morning storm the FCTA Secretariat located in Garki Area 11 to welcome the newly sworn-in Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesome Wike.
The over ten groups which took over Kapital Street where the FCTA secretariat is located represented various ethnic groups across the country.

Notable among the groups present is the Ikwere ethnic group, the tribe of the new Minister.
Speaking to our correspondent John Emmanuel, the President of the Rivers community in Abuja Promise Choko, said they were excited that Nyesome Wike was appointed the minister of the FCT.
He expressed confidence that Wike will transform the FCT to a world-class city.
"We are here to welcome our son Wike as the new FCT Minister, you know this is the first time a Southerner is made the FCT Minister and Wike is the best Governor in his time, we are very happy that our son is coming to administer FCT.
We are very confident that Wike will turn Abuja for good, what he did in PortHarcourt wike will do it in Abuja.
"And from what he did in Rivers state, Wike will carry everyone along, especially the Abuja indigenes.
We want him to focus on the rapid development of FCT, the development of human capital, give scholarships to FCT indigenes. Wherever we are, we are not hidden."
