Nigerians have given their hot takes about the scarcity and rising cost of petrol in Nigeria.
One caller on Nigeria Info's Morning Crossfire had a controversial opinion on the situation.
"They are looking for what they'll present in the next election," he said, claiming that the delay in starting fuel production at the Port Harcourt refinery is intentional and a political strategy.
Another caller added that sincerity of purpose will make Nigeria's economy and the oil sector work optimally. "Until we are sincere to ourselves, we will not get it right," he said.
