A Public Health Expert, Dr Tuyi Mebawondu has stressed the need for health literacy in ensuring that Nigerians have better healthcare in Nigeria.
He took this position when he featured as a guest on Morning Crossfire with Sheriff Quadry on Thursday.
Quadry had asked how more Nigerians can get health insurance at a cheaper cost.
Responding, Dr Tuyi said it should start with making Nigerians in the grassroots understand why they need to prioritize their health.
Subsequently, he spoke about the government’s role and how to make health Insurance better.
