They say a family that plays together stays together, but has that changed over time because of the internet age?
Following results from a recent survey which suggests technology as a threat to family time, Collins Teke asks on Techie Talk segment of Whats Up Lagos; has the internet age brought together or separated your family?
“We don’t seem to appreciate nature anymore,” said a caller. For him, technology is now like a “drug.”
“You go on dates with people, you’re at the park and you’re both sitting on the bench, and everyone is pressing their phone,” he added.
Further buttressing this point, a father who called is worried he is losing the affection of his children to the growth of technology.
