There is heavy security around the main office of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Yenagoa as Bayelsans await the conclusion of the collation of Saturday's gubernatorial election.
Major entry and exit points to the office on Sani Abacha Road were cordoned off Monday morning by a combined team of police, Army, Naval and Civil Defence officers.
