Two persons have died in an accident involving six private cars on Eko Bridge on Wednesday.
Five persons were also injured in the accident according to the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority.
LASTMA spokesperson, Adebayo Taofiq,says from preliminary investigation, a loaded truck had brake failure while on top speed and collided with 5 other private vehicles including a commercial mini bus.
LASTMA boss, Bolaji Oreagba also wants motorists, especially truck drivers, to always ensure their vehicles are in good condition before embarking on any journey across the state.
