Honourable Abbas Tajudeen has emerged as the Speaker of the Federal House of Representatives.
Abbas, the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) clinched the speakership seat of the lower legislative chamber after securing the 353 of 359 votes of the lawmakers-elect on Tuesday.
In the same vein, Honourable Benjamin Kalu, the lawmaker representing the Bende constituency of Abia State, emerged as the Deputy Speaker of the House.
