South-East Governors have reached an agreement to name the Second Niger Bridge after President Muhammadu Buhari.
Tolu Ogunlesi, Buhari's Special Assistant on Digital/New Media, and Bashir Ahmad, his Special Assistant on Digital Communications, revealed this development on Tuesday.

Ahmad took to Twitter to share the news, stating that the Second Niger Bridge will henceforth be known as the Buhari Bridge.

The administration of former President Goodluck Jonathan started the Second Niger Bridge.
The Second Niger Bridge connects the Southeast to the Western part of Nigeria.
