African leaders have been sending their condolences to the Queen of England who passed at her Balmoral home on Thursday.
The 96-year-old Queen Elizabeth Alexander Mary Winsdor II died after 70 years on the throne.

Queen Elizabeth II’s reign spanned 15 prime ministers ending with Liz Truss who was appointed by her earlier this week.
Her eldest son, Prince Charles is now the King of England. He will be addressed as King Charles III, but his official coronation is not likely to take place for several months.
A formal proclamation will be made as soon as practically possible, at an accession council at St. James Palace.
